Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation the customer must drop an email from the registered email to icare@casagrand.co.in to raise a Refund Ticket.

A unique number shall be shared to the customer upon raising a Refund ticket with which they can check the status with Customer service Team by calling 8001780017 or by dropping mail to icare@casagrand.co.in

Refund Ticket flows as per its TAT which is 45 Working Days.
